Gareth Beal Bsc, BVSc, MRCVS:
I was born and brought up in the East Yorkshire Wolds. I enjoy all aspects of mixed practice. My formative years were spent working in Yorkshire and then latterly in East Lothian both of which were busy mixed practices.
I strive for an evidence based approach to veterinary medicine with a pragmatic attitude to hopefully achieve the best results for you and your pets.
In my spare time I enjoy swimming and tramping over hills.

Brenda Howieson
I was born in Ireland and brought up in Edinburgh, and I came to the Highlands early in my career when I became the teacher on the Isle of Rum in 1981. I have been north of the Highland line ever since.
After taking early retirement several years ago I am now really enjoying working on Saturdays at the vet’s practice. It’s lovely to be meeting all the pets and their owners.
I also enjoy sewing, singing with the Gaelic choir, and pampering my own cat Mischa.
